What to include
A short message gets the most useful reply. Include as much of the following as you can:
- The page or board you were reading, for example the flow strip in the guide.
- The surface size you measured and the number of columns you tried, if the question is about the planner.
- What the board was supposed to answer, in one sentence. The job of the board is usually the fastest route to a fix.
- A photo of the wall, if it helps. Please check that the photo does not show anything private before you send it.
What we can help with
We can explain a method, check the arithmetic behind a plan, and suggest a simpler layout when a board is trying to do too much. We cannot give financial, legal or medical advice, and we cannot make decisions about your home, your work or your studies on your behalf.
